Purchase of products

• We have the right to cancel an order if a particular product's stock is out of stock or insufficient. In this case, the refund is made within 3 working days

Delivery

We undertake to deliver the product to you in a faultless and undamaged condition.

We take the responsibility to deliver the ordered product to you throughout Tbilisi within 3 working days after the order. In case of ordering in the regions, we will send the product within 5 working days at the latest according to the postal service you have chosen.

Refund

We have the right to cancel an order if it turns out that the stock of a particular product is out of stock or insufficient. In this case, the refund is made within 3 working days

If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, Beauty Way undertakes to replace the product with the same model, if the same model is not in stock, the money will be refunded within 3 working days.

User Obligations

Warranty service

• The customer will be given a warranty card and a payment receipt for specific products and for specified periods.

• Beauty Way is entitled not to perform warranty services if the warranty card and receipt are not presented.

• Beauty Way is entitled not to provide warranty service if the warranty service period has expired.

• Beauty Way is entitled not to provide warranty service if the product was used in violation of the instructions, for a purpose that is not suitable for its intended purpose.

• Beauty Way is authorized not to carry out warranty services if the product is damaged by voltage fluctuations, damping, attempts to repair the product by incompetent persons, or violation of the rules and conditions of storage and use.

• Warranty service is provided only for electronic devices. Warranty periods vary by product.
